We provide the supplies, you bring your imagination to this open-ended crafting program.

Grades K-5.

Create beautiful masterpieces together using step-by-step painting. Please register each family member that will be attending. 

Read stories, sing songs, and play games at this all-ages storytime. 

Ages 0-5 with caregiver 

Meet other enthusiasts and play the Chinese tile-based game of Mah Jongg. Beginners welcome.

*There will be no Mah Jongg on April 1 due to the library serving as a polling location*

Taste and rank snacks from around the world and learn about a new country each month while you munch on unique foods!

Join us for an evening of trivia and demonstrate your knowledge of the Marvel Cinematic Universe! Get a team of no more than 5 players, or join a group the day of. Each participant must be registered.

Share tips and show off your work with needle-art enthusiasts.

Join us for a punch needle embroidery workshop for beginners. Learn new techniques to create your own coaster using yarn and punch needle tools. 

This event is for Lincolnwood Library cardholders.

Play and learn with your baby during this interactive storytime using rhymes, songs, board books, puppets and more! 

Join us for a fun and friendly game of Scrabble at the Library! Whether you're a seasoned wordsmith or a beginner, all experience levels are welcome. We’ll provide the space and the game —just bring your love of words!

Build reading skills by reading next to trained dogs from Rainbow Animal Assisted Therapy. Participants will receive at least 15 minutes of personal reading time with a dog.

Grades K-5.

Create and edit documents online. This popular alternative to Microsoft Word includes unique features such as real-time collaboration and automatic saving.

Just us for a fun, creative activity for young children and their caregivers. Activities include art, movement, STEM, and stories. (Younger children are welcome, but activities are aimed at ages 2-5 years). 

Watch The Lorax with us at the library! Popcorn provided. 

All ages are welcome! Caregivers must attend the program with kids 7 or below.

Kick off the weekend with a special Saturday storytime, followed by open playtime with the library’s collection of toys.

Celebrate Earth Day by making innovative creations using all recycled materials. 

Learn how to paint floral elements in water color with Audrey Ra of Audrey Ra Design. You’ll practice basic techniques and then arrange floral elements to create two wreaths.
