Regular hours
The regular hours of the Lincolnwood Library are:
- Sunday: 1:00pm-5:00pm
- Monday: 9:00am-9:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am-9:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am-9:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am-9:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm
The Library closes for planned holidays, and occasional staff training. The Library may also close due to inclement weather when necessary, and maintenance and other emergencies for safety.
Closings typically include: closing early the day before Thanksgiving and staying closed until the day after Thanksgiving; closing for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas; closing for New Years' Eve and New Years' Day; other observed holidays include Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Indigenous Peoples' Day, and Independence Day.
