The Niles Township Assessor, Scott Bagnall, will explain Cook County Property tax system and the upcoming 2025 reassessment, exemptions, and the process of and reasons for appealing your property’s assessed value. He will explain how property taxes are calculated, and how and when to file for exemptions and answer questions pertaining to your property taxes.
