Experience the beauty and tradition of the Japanese tea ceremony with the Japanese Cultural Center of Chicago. Guided by Francis Sensei, this presentation explores chanoyu (the Way of Tea), a practice that embodies harmony, respect, and mindfulness. Enjoy a live demonstration of tea preparation, learn about its cultural significance, and sample the tea yourself. A Q&A session will follow to deepen your appreciation of this timeless tradition. Allergy Warning: Certain food items may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, nuts and milk.
