The Illinois Tollway I-Pass team is coming to the library to promote the innovative, battery free I-Pass sticker. Get a free sticker that can be activated in 24 hours. Deactivated transponders’ original $10 deposit will automatically be transferred to your account.  Open a new account for as little as $4.
