Program Details
Learn about the Mexican holiday Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) and about the tradition of putting together ofrendas. Angie will share history and background on this holiday and assemble an ofrenda. Participants will get a chance to try pan muerto, a bread traditionally eaten during the holiday from La Piñata Bakery. Bread may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, nuts and milk.

Aprenda sobre la festividad mexicana de Día de los Muertos y sobre la tradición de las ofrendas. Angie compartirá la historia y los antecedentes de esta festividad y organizará una ofrenda. Los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de probar el pan muerto, un pan que se come tradicionalmente durante las festividades de La Piñata Bakery . El pan puede contener o estar en contacto con trigo, huevos, nueces y leche.
