Join us at the library to view the virtual interview with Amy Tan, best known for her novel The Joy Luck Club, is the daughter of Chinese immigrants and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. During the pandemic, she turned her nature journaling hobby into The Backyard Bird Chronicles, an illustrated book of her bird sketches and observations, published in April 2024 and an instant #1 bestseller.
