Meeting Rooms

Applications will be accepted starting June 1, 2017!

The library has three Meeting Rooms available for reservation and use by the public. We welcome use that supports the library’s goal of serving the educational, cultural, intellectual, and civic needs of the Lincolnwood community.

Eligibility to Reserve a Room

  1. Lincolnwood resident with library card in good standing
  2. 9th grade and up
  3. Non-profit, non-commercial
  4. Be present during the reserved time

Reserve a Meeting Room

  1. Read the Meeting and Study Room Policy to learn rules and expectations
  2. Complete the short 1-page Meeting Room Reservation Form
  3. Sign the form and drop it off at any public desk in the library
  4. Wait to hear back from library staff confirming or denying the reservation

Rooms Available

Meeting Room A

Up to 44 people lecture/theater style. Full size tables and chairs available for multiple configurations. Kitchenette with sink. 75″ wall mounted screen with HDMI and VGA inputs.

Meeting Room B

Up to 44 people lecture/theater style. Full size tables and chairs available for multiple configurations. Ceiling projector with movie screen with HDMI and VGA inputs.

Meeting Room A/B

Up to 88 people lecture/theater style. Full size tables and chairs available for multiple configurations. Ceiling projector with movie screen with HDMI and VGA inputs.

Meeting Room C

Up to 16 people lecture/theater style. Small youth size tables and chairs available for multiple configurations. Full size tables and chairs not available in Meeting Room C. Kitchenette with sink. 75″ wall mounted screen with HDMI and VGA inputs.

Quick Reference

  • Meeting rooms may be reserved up to 2 months in advance, but no less than 10 business days prior to the room use
  • Meetings can be held 1/2 hour after the library opens, and all meetings must end 1/2 hour prior to close
  • All meetings must be open to the general public
  • The library does not charge a fee for using meeting rooms
  • Some food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed, for example individually bagged snacks, juice boxes, whole pieces of fruit, cookie trays
  • All meetings must be non-commercial and no sales are allowed
