    Lincolnwood Library card holders can now access Lynda.com from home.
    Self-paced instructional videos that teach the latest software, technology, creative, and business skills. Courses are taught by experts in their fields. Watch a video on how to use Lynda.com.
  • First time users need to create a profile. Follow these steps once you have accessed Lynda.com via the link above:
    • Click Create a profile
    • Enter your library card number
    • Create a password that’s at least 6 characters long and include a number and a letter

Driver’s Education

  • Driver’s License Practice Tests
    In a partnership with Driving-Tests.org the Lincolnwood Library offers free online practice tests for anyone preparing for their Illinois driver’s license test. Included are: 10 car practice tests, 6 motorcycle practice tests, 1 CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) practice test, and 3 online driver’s manuals (car, motorcycle, and CDL).

Once you have entered the FirstSearch site, click Databases and checkmark the database you wish to search. Up to three databases can be searched simultaneously.
